1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes from S to XL. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your shipping and billing information and select a payment method.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, mainland Europe only. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information on international shipping rates and delivery times.

7. How do I care for my clothing?

Each product comes with care instructions on the label. Please follow these instructions to ensure the longevity of your items. For general care tips, visit our Care Instructions page.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping

1. What are your shipping options? We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) : £4.99, delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping (Royal Mail) : £9.99, delivery within 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £150, delivery within 3-5 business days.

2. How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we currently ship to mainland Europe only.   Please refer to our International Shipping Policy for more information on international shipping rates and delivery times.

5. What are the shipping rates for international orders?

Standard International Shipping: delivery within 7-14 business days (price calculated at checkout).

Express International Shipping: delivery within 3-7 business days. (price calculated at checkout).

6. Are there any customs or import taxes for international orders? Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate the issue and provide an update.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Returns

1. What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.

2. How do I return an item? To return an item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk to obtain a return authorization. Include the completed return form with your package and send it to the address provided.

3. Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. How long does it take to process a return? Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

5. Can I exchange an item? Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or color. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk for assistance.

6. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item? If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. How will I receive my refund? Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
