Welcome to DariusH Zandi. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to the terms set out below. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase on our site, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products & Availability

All items are subject to availability. We aim to display accurate descriptions and imagery, but minor variations in appearance, texture, or shade may occur due to photography or screen differences. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter products and pricing without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept payment via major debit and credit cards, and any other secure payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item(s). We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch for any reason including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Failure to meet eligibility

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

7. Returns & Cancellations

As a UK-based retailer, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To return an item, please email customerservice@dariushzandi.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in:

  • Unworn, unused condition

  • Original packaging with all tags intact

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

  • Worn or damaged items (unless faulty on receipt)

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return costs and offer a refund or exchange as appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site – including designs, logos, images, product descriptions and text – is the intellectual property of DariusH Zandi and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We are not liable for:
